Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 and give accurate sign-up details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us at support@pipory.com if you think someone else has access to it.

Pipory is currently free while in early access. Features may change, and some may become paid. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before charging for anything you already use, and you can stop using Pipory at any time.

You own the workflows you build and the data you put through them. You give us permission to host, copy, process and transmit that content only as needed to run Pipory for you, including sending it to the apps you connect. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed for the data you process, including any personal information about other people.

Do not use Pipory to:

• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or email people without the consent the law requires
• break the law, infringe others' rights, or process data you have no right to process
• distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or interfere with Pipory or its other users
• break the terms of the third-party apps you connect, or scrape services that prohibit it
• resell or white-label Pipory, or use it to build a competing product, without our written agreement

We may suspend workflows or accounts that put the service, other users or third parties at risk, and will tell you why unless the law or the urgency of the situation prevents it.

When you connect another app, your use of it is governed by that app's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party apps, their availability, or changes they make to their APIs that stop a workflow working.

AI features (such as the workflow assistant and AI nodes) produce output generated by machine learning models. It can be wrong. Review AI-built workflows and AI output before relying on them, especially where they send messages or change data.

We work to keep Pipory available and your data safe, but we provide it "as is" and do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for checking that your workflows do what you intend and for keeping your own copies of important data.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and AUD 100.

You can stop using Pipory and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@pipory.com. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms. What happens to your data afterwards is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Pipory after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
